How long will my order take?
If purchased from the webstore, shipping is generally within 4 business days. Custom digitizing orders will take 2-3 weeks. If your item needs to be ordered from a supplier prior to decoration, your order can take up to 10 additional days. At your request, Aunt LuLu's Embroidery can e-mail you with a specific time estimate.

What is the best way to pay for my item?
Aunt LuLu's Embroidery does accept major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover) and PayPal payments at her web store.

How do I return an item?

I ordered a business logo some time ago, can I have the same logo embroidered again?
Yes, Aunt LuLu's Embroidery saves business logo's at no charge for future embroidery. Simply send an e-mail to Aunt LuLu's Embroidery detailing the logo you ordered before. Describe the text written over your design and what design you had done.

Do you offer a discount if I order several of the same item?
Yes, quantity discounts are available. Please contact us for more information.

How do I contact Aunt LuLu's Embroidery about my order?
